INSCI offers a broad spectrum of customer and partner training courses designed to facilitate more effective use of archival and retrieval, document management, report management and workflow systems. Courses are offered for end users, system administrators, managers and applications development personnel. Courses typically include theoretical background information as well as hands-on use of the system.
Training courses normally are held in our state-of-the-art training facility in Westborough, Massachusetts, although special arrangements can be made to have the training conducted on-site. Training schedules are updated on at least a quarterly basis and classes are filled on a first-come basis. The current training schedule for classes being held in the Westborough facility is included below.
If INSCI cancels a class, a full refund of the training fee will be made or you may choose to apply it towards the next scheduled class. If you need to cancel attendance at a class, you may do so up to 30 days prior to the class without incurring a cancellation fee. If cancellation occurs 14 to 29 days prior to the start of the class, a 25% cancellation fee will be applied. Cancellations within 14 days of the class will incur full price of the class. Substitutes are allowed provided INSCI is notified in advance.
