Project Planning and Management
INSCI provides in-depth project planning and management to ensure that all client project requirements are accomplished on-time and within budget. Project management personnel from INSCI lead and coordinate all aspects of the project, and work closely with customer management and technical personnel to plan project implementation and provide periodic status updates. During the course of the project, the INSCI project manager will be available to discuss any aspect of the project including new requirements and changes to existing plans. Project components typically include but are not limited to:
- Overall design and direction
- Project development
- Man power loading
- Conformance to standards
- Quality control
- Status updates
- Installation and training plans
