DOCUMENT SCIENCES AND INSCI CORP ANNOUNCE WORLDWIDE COOPERATIVE MARKETING AGREEMENT
New System Offers End-to-End Document Automation Solution
SAN DIEGO, CA; WESTBOROUGH, MAJune 1, 1998--Document Sciences Corporation (Nasdaq:DOCX) - a leader in the creation and automation of high volume production documents and INSCI Corp (Nasdaq:INSI) - a leader in digital document repositories, announced today that they have entered into a worldwide cooperative marketing agreement.
Under the agreement, both INSCI and Document Sciences will provide their customers with a new, fully integrated, turnkey electronic document system solution. This new solution incorporates highly customizable document creation, electronic archive, print-on-demand, electronic document distribution and ubiquitous document viewing capabilities through the Internet and corporate teleprocessing networks.
