INSCI ANNOUNCES NEW PRESIDENT
Westborough, MA - July 9, 1998 . INSCI Corp (Nasdaq:INSI), today announced that effective July 27, 1998, Mr. Darryl R. Dobin will join the company as President In this position, Mr. Dobin will manage day-to-day activities of INSCI and will have ongoing P&L responsibility. Dr. Ted Prince, INSCIs Chairman and CEO will continue to focus on strategy and relationships with INSCIs key strategic partners.
"Darryl is a perfect fit for INSCI", said Ted Prince. "Darryl brings over 25 years of experience in marketing, engineering and management in the software and document management industry. Formerly, he was President of NEPS, a wholly owned subsidiary of Moore Corporation Inc. NEPS is a reseller of INSCI products. Previous to that, Darryl was at Xerox where he created the marketing partnership program of which INSCI is a participant. Prior to Xerox, he was with IBM in various marketing and systems engineering positions. This experience clearly enables Darryl to hit the ground running and have immediate positive impact on INSCI".
