INSCI Announces Marketing Alliance Agreement withNEPS, A Division of Moore Advanced Services

WESTBOROUGH, MA., June 17, 1996 -- INSCI Corp (NASDAQ: INSI) announced today that it had reached a marketing alliance agreement with NEPS, Inc. for INSCI's line of document archive products and services. NEPS specializes in electronic document automation, management and printing solutions for paper intensive industries such as insurance, financial services and commercial printing. NEPS is a wholely owned subsidiary of Moore Corp Ltd. (NYSE: MCL), the premier provider of business forms and printing services in the United States.

Under the agreement, NEPS will represent and participate in joint marketing activities for INSCI's COINSERV document archive system. According to Denise Miano, Executive Vice President of Business Development at NEPS, “NEPS provides real-world solutions that manage information on paper or in a digital form. Our core products focus on pre-print and print automation. INSCI's COINSERV is the market leading post-print, document archive system. It [COINSERV] allows NEPS to offer a more complete system for those customers who require large volume COLD storage as part of their total solution.”
