| INSCI HIRES HORGAN AS EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT OF CUSTOMER OPERATIONS WESTBOROUGH, MA (March 9, 1999). . . . INSCI Corp (Nasdaq:INSI) today announced the appointment of J. Gregory Horgan as Executive Vice President of Customer Operations (formerly Field Operations). He will report to Darryl R. Dobin, President and COO of INSCI, and has responsibility for worldwide direct and channel sales and customer service operations. Horgan’s appointment effectively transitions all sales and customer service operations from John L. Gillis, who will be joining Technology Providers, (US), in April of this year as President and COO. Technology Providers is an international computer services company and is a supplier of offshore development resources to INSCI. Through March 31, Gillis will continue to work with the INSCI management team to effect a smooth and successful transition of responsibilities. "Greg brings a wealth of sales, marketing and managerial experience to his position at INSCI," said Darryl Dobin. "This includes over 30 years professional services experience in the high technology marketplace, with an especially strong background in production printing and software. I am confident that his unique combination of direct and channel sales management experience, professional services background, and strategic partnering skills will prove invaluable to INSCI’s immediate needs and its future business success." Horgan spent over 20 years with IBM in various sales and marketing management positions, and has held executive management positions with Cadence Design Systems as a Consultant; Fidelity Investment Systems as Vice President, Open Print Server Marketing and Sales; Hitachi Data Systems as Vice President, Eastern Region; and Datapoint, as GM & Eastern Regional Director. "Greg is coming into INSCI as its sales are strongly growing," stated Dr. Ted Prince, INSCI Chairman and CEO. "Greg has the industry and sales experience to help us move to the next phase of growth and we are delighted to have attracted a person of his talent to the INSCI management team." "At the same time that we welcome Greg, we acknowledge the tremendous contribution that John Gillis has made to INSCI during his 8-year tenure here," Dr Prince noted. "For many, John has been synonymous with INSCI. Since joining INSCI, he has been a driving force in INSCI’s growth, the development of its sales and service organizations, and raising the Company’s presence and visibility in the marketplace. He has been extremely effective in managing through highly volatile times at INSCI and we will miss his energy and creativity. We support his decision to move on and wish him great success in his position with Technology Providers." ***About INSCI INSCI Corp is a leader in innovative digital storage, Internet and electronic commerce solutions for managing and distributing high-value business transaction documents and reports.
