Designed to use extended Internet capabilities for on-line retailing, electronic billing applications

INSCI INTRODUCES ENHANCED E-COMMERCE/INTERNET PRODUCT SUITE

WESTBOROUGH, MA (March 4, 1999). . . . INSCI Corp today announced the introduction of an e-commerce/Internet product suite designed to enable and enhance a broad range of on-line retailing and electronic bill presentment applications, both major e-commerce considerations. The new product suite includes COINSERV for Windows NT 2.0 Bill Presentment Edition, COINSflow Internet Edition and Advanced COINScan Internet Edition. According to INSCI Chairman and CEO E. Ted Prince, Ph.D., the products incorporate advanced feature sets and functionality - including Internet viewing, scanning, imaging, and transaction document workflow - that will dramatically ramp-up the capability of users to quickly implement e-commerce activities. The products will be available in April 1999, with pricing dependent upon configuration, number of users and other installation-specific criteria.

COINSERV Bill Presentment Edition allows users to view and present bills, statements, contracts and other high-value transaction documents on the Internet. It incorporates features that allow the full capabilities of Windows NT to be utilized in an Internet environment when a large number of Web users are on the system. COINSFlow Internet Edition allows these bills and other documents to be integrated on a workflow basis into enterprise Web-based e-commerce systems. Advanced COINScan Internet Edition allows scanned documents such as check images to be viewed on the Web and integrated with electronic bills and other e-commerce documents.

Dr. Prince commented, "The Internet is dramatically changing the way businesses do business. The introduction of these new and exciting products is an important milestone achievement in our strategic plan and commitment to lead the market in the e-commerce arena by providing customers with Internet-driven capabilities that will allow them to compete much more effectively.

"Our aggressive research and development efforts have resulted in industry-leading products that will enable our customers to gain a lead in their respective industries," he said. "We are committed to the continued development of such products and technologies."
